Best route from Merida airport to Isla Mujeres

We plan to arrive at Merida airport around 9:30 a.m. and want to go from there to Isla Mujeres.Many of the bus lines we have discovered do not have fully implemented web sites. We have checked out "ticketbus", so we know we can catch an ADO-GL from the CAME depot at 10:30 or 12:30. What we don't know is whether one of the other buses (Exresso for instance) run as often, from the same terminal, or are there other terminals?; whether there is an equally good terminal closer to the airport than CAME; whether there is a bus line that would put us closer to the Puerto Juarez dock (or the bus terminal for the PJ dock): in other words, is there a Merida or Cancun person out there who has done this run enough and recently enough who could give us the sort of insights that we, as Oaxaca residents regularly pass on to others about our town?

TO CANCUN:The El Uno departs at 06:30ADO GL (Deluxe class)(Daily) 03:30, 04:45, 08:30, 10:30, 12:30, 14:45, 16:30, 19:30 (150 pesos).Should be frequent combi/suburbano buses in Cancun to Puerto Juarez.The main bus station in Merida: (CAME) Calle 70, seven blocks from the zocalo.
