Accommodation in Zicatela/Puerto Escondido

I am wondering if anyone can suggest any websites (or suggestions) that I can find accommodation in Peurto Escondido for 4 to 6 months.
I have heard of places that rent for approximately $250 for the month. But I cannot find anything near that online.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
