apartment / condo / house rental for July

I will be coming to Mazatlan in late June and want to rent something for the month of July. A small furnished place with a kitchen, air conditioning and maybe a view, in a safe neighborhood would be fine. Nothing fancy needed. I like the Olas Altas area but am open to any suggestions for 400 dollars or less.
