Tile store in or around Ensenada

I am buying a house in Ensenada that I will be doing a re-hab on, and was wondering if anyone knew the best place to look for good deals on tile. Or for that matter any recommendations for construction and landscaping supplies down that way. I am assuming for kitchen cabinets, I should try and find a good carpenter?

Any "finds" would be much appreciated. In fact, love to hear from anyone living there now.
