Starting a small business in Maz

I have an idea for starting a very small business (tee shirts) in Maz. and am curious about whether or not this can or can't be done on a retiree FM3. The same applies for selling real estate. What's the scoop?

Tee shirt shops in Maz are about as frequent as shoe stores in Leon, Gto.

I suppose location, did I say location? would make the most difference.

As to a real estate business, in the centro, where all the speculation is going on,
there are now at least 7 business' selling. To me, it's not a good time to go into that
business.
