Sky satellite and Chargers Black out Tijuana

I've read that the Chargers home game blackouts extend to DirectTV and to the local airways, (XETV or which ever one) in Tijuana. Will the home games be blacked out on my Sky satellite as well? I read some where that Fox Sports Latin America is unaffected by this blackout and I do get that channel.
