Rally of Friendship for Gail in Mazatlán

There will be a “Rally of Friendship for Gail” event at Canucks on Sunday afternoon, December 4, at 3 PM, conceived by a group of Gail Petske's friends to show support and friendship. As you know, Gail is a breast cancer victim and is in the US awaiting surgery and treatment. Phil has promised a great afternoon, and I know many of Gail's fellow musicians will be on hand to entertain. If you love Gail too, and miss her great vocals, please be there! If you don’t know her or haven’t heard her sing, come along anyway for a great musical afternoon. There will be a giant card for all to sign, and her CD will be available. A $50 donation is suggested. Tell your friends! See you there. Dee

A comment came up on another forum about the suggested $50 donation. Of COURSE that is pesos, not dollars! I never dreamed anyone would misunderstand, and I am sorry not to have specified it was pesos. That IS the currency we live with, no?
