Wow. That's not good news for the people who invested hard-earned money. They are worried about similar happening here in Mazatlan with the way prices are going mad and tons of new condos are springing up. The other major concern here is the infrastructure which seems not to be keeping up. Projects continue to be approved anyway (in most cases).
