Over Christmas, my wife and I will be exploring the greater Mazatlan area for a home to buy. If you have one or know someone who owns a home and is thinking of selling we would like to hear from you. This could really work well for homeowners who know they want to sell but aren't in a hurry to move, as we won't be relocating until June. Condition is not important to us. In fact, we would prefer something that needs some sweat equity.
We saw a couple of listings for the Teacopan/La Tamboria area and contacted the realtor but never heard back from them, so if you know an owner down that way who is trying to sell their house, please let them know we are interested in looking.
