Good Quality Hospital(s) in Ensenada Area?

Considering a move to Ensenada from Phuket Thailand. We have excellent quality hospitals here and I am curious about what level of care we might find in the Ensenada area? We are older and have good international insurance, so am not to worried about cost - just about quality, ease of communication (in English, though Spanish is not too difficult, but nuance may be different) and ease of access.

Any enlightenment on the issue would be appreciated.

I should clarify that by "hospital" I also mean clinic. I've been living in Asia for 20+ years - where all the clinics are at hospitals. So - while I don't intend to spend much time in-patient in a hospital, we will probably need access to a good clinic.

Hello, I am the guy who lives in Ensenada. Yes, there is a great private Hospital here that just saved the life of an ex-pat car accident victom. They did a great job with one of my daughters appendicitis . I have found very good doctors here over the years.
