Can anyone recommend a place in Mazatlan to buy inexpensive furniture in a Mexican rustic style?

Try the store on the corner of Angel Flores and Heriberto Frias. They have reasonable prices and free delivery.

There's a family run business with a few locations in the city selling Tonala rustic style furniture for every room in the house. They have pieces on display as well as catelogues to browse and order from. The prices are very reasonable and they will order what you need (from Tonala) and have it delivered. The main location is (last I checked) behind Old Ley Plaza, (parallel street on north side, running east/west and directly across from the private elementary school. I have also seen them on Insurgentes. The sofas and chairs are covered in your color choices of various patterns.
