I like the shirt! I think they should stock them in every beach resort. It may even help keep some of those guys at bay. In fact I think they should be made to wear a shirt announcing just who they are and what they are up to. That way if someone wants to buy a time share, great, here's the man! I hate having my meal interrupted by the ones that pretend to be caring hosts in the restaurants. It takes a bit to figure them out. It's a slimey tactic and I don't know why the restaurants allow them in. It puts the patrons off from what I have seen. I was having a business lunch the other day in a beachfront restaurant north of el Cid complex. It became uncomfortable because this fellow kept prowling around our table clutching a menu but saying nothing, just watching us eat. Finally I couldn't take it and I asked him "are you a time share seller?" He wasn't expecting to be nailed before he even opened his mouth and looked a little taken aback. His response was a snippy "No, don't worry about it" and stomped off. (Hello??) Finally, we could eat in peace but he did manage to pounce on a few couples with fresh sunburns. I checked with a waiter and sure enough, he was the friendly neighborhood time share pusher running back and forth between 2 neighboring restaurants clutching the same menu and observing various diners for his next prey. There are training issues big time with some of these people. They are working out of sheer desperation. Speaking of which, if you ever get the chance to put your hands on a Time Share Sellers Training manual it will curl your hair. There is a step by step of how to go in for the kill just like a game. They have strange code names for their targets, not all complimentary either. We are all part of the game. For some a costly one.
