urologists in Guadalajara/Chapala

My husband may need to have some procedures done (cystoscopy and retrograde urethragram) that aren't covered by our insurance in the US. Can anyone recommend a top-notch english-speaking urologist in the Guadalajara/Chapala area? We'd like to compare the costs of the procedures to what it would cost here in Florida. We're planning on retiring in Chapala soon and might as well start arranging the doctors we'd be using in Mexico. If you can recommend a urologist, please include his/her name, phone and fax numbers, and an email address if he/she has one. If you don't mind us calling you, please include your email address and your phone number, too.
What hospitals are the best in Guadalajara? We've tried doing research on the web, but doctors and hospitals in Mexico don't seem to have the web presence of their US counterparts.
