I used to play guitar and sing for a living. Country and middle of the road mostly. Is anyone having jam sessions at Lakeside? If not, is anyone interested in starting a jam session/hootenanny? I miss harmonizing.

Hi, Kip -

Go talk with Rex Wilson, one of the owners of El Caja Musica on the plaza in Ajijic. He's also a musician, played guitar professionally in the States, and knows just about everybody even periferally involved in the Lakeside music scene. If there's any jammin' going on, Rex will probably know about it.

Mr. Johanson, who moderates the tech forum on this website, lives in Ajijic, although I believe he's presently back in the Pacific Northwest for the summer. Your husband might contact him, as he would probably know a lot more about any such opportunities than I would.
