emergency help needed

I am not a great fan of forums- some threads are beneficial, newsworthy, informative, and worth the space they take.
And then there's the other side: the senseless, boring drivel, repeated by people who need to wake up.

Here's something to rally to.

Anita (of Anita's Animals) it was reported in the Guad. Reporter, had her transport van stolen near El Torito last
week. For those of you who don't know, Anita has spent years devoted to,and tirelessly working towards
the rescue of destitute dogs and cats in and around Lakeside. She travels constantly back and forth to
the local vets, in addition to the rescue efforts: this van was of immense importance to her daily life.

PLEASE, follow the local news - hopefully in the GR coming up and by general word of mouth about locations
and means to assist in making much needed financial help. If all animal lovers here just give a little- it would
soon multiply, and hopefully help find a replacement vehicle. Open up you hearts- it ain't fun being a homeless
dog in Mexico.

Wow. Your first post. May I suggest that you figure a way to delete your first sentence. When asking for help, it is not a goos idea to go on the attack and then ask for help. Better to "butter up" folks and then get negative. That being said, I think we all know about Anita's stolen truck and will do what we can. I am going to the bake sale on Saturday and will make a contribution to her truck replacement, in addition and hope that others will join me. Please post the location, times and dates of the bake sale without negative comments about webboards. Now that would be helpful. I know your heart is in the right place, but your approach, to me anyway, was somewhat off. Thank you for trying to help Anita and we all wish her the best. T
