Sorry, forgot to mention location...although how many calico cats can be missing...we are near Lloyd's Bank just off the Carretera in Ajijic. My neighbors tell me they have also seen this cat around but just in the last few days. She is just does not seem like a stray. Responds like someone's pet.

A friend of mine in that general area was being visited by a calico who seemed fairly well cared for but hungry. After a couple of days, she took her in, had her spayed, and that cat seems to have adopted her, although her other cats aren't thrilled. She feels that the cat did belong to someone as she is very well socialized and craves human attention and contact.
