Where to donate clothing?

Now that we know for sure that we're going to "get the hell outa Dodge," we're getting rid of everything that we don't absolutely love. I was going to take a bunch of clothes to Goodwill but thought if there's somewhere to take it in Ajijic, I'd much rather give it to someone who really needs it. Anybody got any ideas?

Old clothing makes terrific packing material around your valuables.

When you move to Ajijic, undoubtedly you will have household help. Give old clothing, clean and in good condition, to them, a piece at a time. If your help can't wear it, they'll know someone who can. There's no reason to give it all away at once; you're not Santa Claus.
