Hi kiddo, we are still aiming in that direction. I've been laid up for about 6 weeks & not able to do anything. I'm on the mend now, but it set us back a little. Were originally trying for June, but will let you know.

Bless your heart, Mary. Thanks for asking. The book is written, laid out, and sent to Canada for the publisher to get it in book format and printed.

Joe Philipson of Ajijic and Boston did a great job of re-designing the cover, Marianne Carlson of Ajijic got it in proper form for the publisher, and right now we're waiting on them.

I expect we'll be doing a book launch blow-out in July or August so I'm scouting some of my favorite places to see who can do it up right for us. Stay tuned to this station and I'll get the word out.

Shameless self-promotion:

Hi Mickey,

The book is about life and times in Mexico -- some funny, some sad, but always interesting, and frequently with a distinctively Uncle Donny twist. Take the tile for example: Head for the Border.

Go to the Home page (Home button in the blue band at the top of the page) and click on Don Adams under the Columnists to read some excerpts from the book.Like all who know Don, I can hardly wait for the treat that I know is awaiting us when the book arrives.

Well said, Rolly. Although I don't know Don, I have read his writings, and anxiously await his book. Besides, I understand it is written in 'Texan", a language in which I am quite proficient.
