The trailer is a 1995 Wilderness. 27' with a fairly large living room slideout, and private bedroom. Trailer is in very good condition. Everything works. It also has an app. 10'x32' patio with a 10'x28' roof with canvass walls. Also a separate 4' fence around the trailer with private parking. It is in a small very secure locally owned gated RV park with a large palapa for lounging or fiestas. (only 4 RVs are in the park now). It is located app. 4 blocks south of the Sunrise restaurant in San Antonio Tlayacapan
