Anybody had a claim with them and how did they respond?. Yes, I did just post under car insurance, but got no responses that were helpful regarding Tio Corp. Want to hear from Tio Corp folks only, and only those that have made a claim and your level of satisfaction with the results of your claim. Thanks, T

No claims but their service wasn't up to the standard I require so I found another agent.

David, I do not understand. If you had no claims, what services did you receive that were not up to your expectations? I have had no claims, either. Just go in and pay my bill once a year. T.

The last notice to pay from my former agent came a month after the policy had expired. Our current agent contacts me a month in advance and arranges a time to come to me. A significant difference in level of service, wouldn't you agree?

Yes, I would agree. However, in my five years with Tio corp, they have always called or e-mailed me about six months in advance of my renenwal. Not sure how you slipped between the cravks. Still hoping for someone that has Tio Corp and has made a successful claim to respond. T.
