Telecable has changed the programming on Channel 39, one of my favorites. It used to be Film&Arts, now it is Discovery Action and Adventure, something like that. I spoke to them and they said I was the only one who had complained about it, but if they get more phone calls, there is a possibility of returning Film&Arts to their lineup.
