Hi all...does anyone know where Jean, former owner of Swan Inn, is living now? Is she still in Mexico? I stayed at Swan Inn some years ago and met Jean at that time. I hope she is well and happy wherever she is. Thanks.

It’s funny you ask, because often my thoughts and concern for Jean are akin to yours. Your good wishes have been heard, I speak to a reliable source periodically, a couple of two, three months ago, I was told Jean is doing well. You know Jean, she is so resilient, and since her other half passed away several years ago, she still manages well.

Jean has a home on the beach in Manzanillo and still maintains a home in Ajijic. I miss her, and have always thought of her as “Buena Gente.”
