Guess I should have also asked where to apply, what the hours are and if there is a phone number to contact. Gringolandia is trying to help us, but she lives in Joco and Chapalapasayo probably lives in Chapala and I am in Ajjic. Any help out there? Thanks, fug

For Chapala, it appears that it is on the back side of the DIF building on the street coming up from the lake. That is the first street North of where the Post Office and Mail boxes are located.
