SIMPLY THAI RESTAURANT Review in Ajijic

 Last night 9 of us from our Bi Monthly Dinner group ate at Simply Thai restaurant. They took our drink orders promptly. Everyone liked their mixed drinks and wine. Two people ordered the Thai iced Tea. Everyone ordered either Spring Rolls or Egg Rolls. The Spring rolls are made with pork and vegetables. The Egg rolls are all vegetable. 2 for $ 35. pesos and very good.
We ordered our meals: Several ordered Pad Thai. You can get it either Mild to Hot. Three people ordered Beef with Vegetables. One person ordered Chicken Satay. I ordered Sweet and Sour Chicken, very tender, melt in your mouth chicken with veggies. All dishes come with a bowl of white rice.
Everyone loved their meals. We had been there about two months ago, but I did not report here. Everyone loved the food then too.
