Thank you to everyone that responded to my request. I did find a notary, Yvonne Jensen. She and her husband own HandyMail. She took great care of me. I would recommend to anyone else who is in need of a notary in the area.

That's interesting. I was told that the only US notaries legal in Mexico are in a US Consulate, reason being that the Consulate is considered US soil (or something like that.)

Exactly what I was told when I was negotiating in the US for investment property. The alternative was signng a limited power of attorney for a trusted person while I was still in the US.
