Need info about 'expressing' a letter to Canada

Hello folks,
My insurance agent up in Canada has asked me to 'express mail' him
a form via FedEx or some other similar service. I would sure
appreciate some information about how to get hold of FedEx or
another similar company. Any help that you good folks could
provide would be greatly appreciated.
