You might try the Notary in Joco... he's upstairs over the Municipality in the town square. His name is Juan Carlos.

There is an excellent notario in the little plaza in Ajijic behind the new steakhouse. It is just west of the La Huerta shopping plaza.
His prices are reasonable and he speaks fluent English.
