I know there is a lot of cross-posting with other boards but in case this hasn't been noted here, the Animal Shelter in Riberas has a website where you can see pictures of the dogs/cats available for adoption and get a lot of information from the FAQs.

The site is updated every week with new pictures and sometimes videos.
