Jesus, the insurance agent in GDL

Up for car insurance renewal. This man has received nothing, but rave reviews from everyone. Not a single negative. Had his full name, phone number and e-mail address on my fridge, but think it fell off and my cleaning lady swept it away.

Help me, please. I want this wonderful man to represent me. Full name, phone number, e-mail address. Two out of three would be great.
