Internet Access

Hello Everyone,

My husband and I are moving to Ajijic in November, and I have a couple of questions about Internet access there.

I am familiar with Laguna Net, and that may be how we go, but I am wondering about DSL providers, satellite access and anything else you can tell me about how to get signed up for high speed access.

Please feel free to answer both publicly and privately. I am really trying to get some feedback about availability, dependability and service.

Why don't you take a look at the tech forum. Much of that info is mentioned there. Yes there is ADSL, Fixed WiFi and satellite broadband available in Ajijic.

I like WiFi best. I have friends who swear by ADSL both cost close to $60 / month for 256 Kb/sec . Two way sat costs a little more
