In search of the elusive Clamato

Both Patty and I are addicted to Mott’s Clamato juice, both with, and without vodka in it. The label says that it is made in Mexico, but, is it sold in Mexico? Is there a Mexican brand? I don’t recall seeing it in any of the stores at Lakeside..... but, I really didn’t look that hard. Does Costco or Sam’s in Guadalajara carry it?

Yes We Have Clamato

Yes, Jack. There is Clamato juice at Super Playa in Plaza La Huerta just west of Ajijic. I saw it recently there. I think I recall it's about 20 Pesos, bottle was about a liter or so, I think it's "without", but I didn't closely look at the brand - I imagine it was Mott's as probably not too many companies make it.

Clamato Juice All Over Town Now

Yes, there is Camato juice also at Super Lake as per the below post. And I see it now in the tiny neighborhood shops in Ajijic - 400 something ml. bottles for 13 something pesos. And indeed it is all Motts brand.
