Friends of Oak Hill School

My husband, daughter and I visited the Lake Chapala area in January and visited the Oak Hill School. We have decided to come and live in the area for a year after she completes 5th grade which will be June 2004. (She currently attends a Spanish immersion school in Northern California and is biliterate in Spanish.) Of course I will have many questions as the move date gets closer. Is there anyone on this forum that knows of someone who has children at Oak Hill School that we might correspond with? She will be attending 6th grade in the fall of 2004.

I have a son in4th Grade at Oak Hill and would be glad to either answer your questions or refer you to someone with a kid going into 6th next year. You can also get information from the Oak Hill website, www.oakhillchapala.com.
There are some interesting developments currently taking place at the school - to wit the fact that ITESO is purchasing the school. We think that this will represent a substantial benefit to the kids as ITESO is a substantial school operator in Guadalajara.
