Felipe Rangel - former Presidente of Jocotepec

Felipe Rangel was the presidente of Jocotepec until January, when he left his post to run as a Diputado Federal. He won that post. My maid (who heretofore has been an impeccable source of information) tells me he has again flown the coop. That he has "disappeared" from Mexico about two weeks ago and has headed north of the border. Anyone know anything about this? I usually read El Informador every day but I've been acutely busy lately and barely have time to read the time on my clock.

With the last name Rangel, maybe he's related to Charlie Rangel and went North to help him out. My neighbor took this picture of the before missing Jimmy Hoffa in Concepcion de Buenos Aires. You just never know where people will be found.

Hmmmmm.... I'm trying to find out if he's showing up for his legislative "duties."
