Do you Carry Homeowners Insurance?

Do you carry Homeowner's Insurance? If so, do you have Earthquake Coverage and Hydrological Event Coverage with it, meaning that if you get ANY damage from a quake or mudslide, you would be covered?

If you have Homeowner's have you had to use it and what kind of success did you have with your claim?

yes we have homeowner which includes earthquake and flooding as we are near the lake. No claim so far. We are not concerned about mudslide so no idea if we are covered for that. We are more concerned about the lake going up than the mountain coming down considering our location.
