Broken suitcase wheels: where to repair

Some rough airport handling on one of our recent trips ended up breaking off the wheels on one of our suitcases. We have priced new suitcases of the same size and they run 720-1400 pesos. Does anyone have any leads on a place that can fix this sort of problem? The suitcase needs new wheels and new brackets to attach them to the case. Thanks in advance for any help!
P.S. We live in Ajijic, so a repair shop or person in the Lake Chapala area would be best.
