I am planning a book signing for my latest work, Lake Chapala through the ages; an anthology of travellers' tales, for 16:00 to 18:00 hrs on Saturday August 9 at La Nueva Posada.
Details are still being worked out, but everyone is hereby invited!

Tony,

I was just going to post this, but you beat me to it! I look forward to getting an autographed version.

Bridget is going to get a copy for me, so it will be waiting for me when I get there in November.

Tony read from his book today at a meeting at the Lake Chapala Society - it sounds good and I look forward to reading it.

Tony,

Do you have any further details on your book signing at La Nueva Posada this Saturday from 4 to 6?

Someone asked me if there would be drinks available.

Would you tell us the price of the book so we can bring appropriate amounts?

Tony,

NoB geographically isn't in favor of being there for your book signing occasion. If I were at the lake, I’d be there to personally congratulate you on your new publication and to wish you well. Best of luck and success with your new publication, I look forward to reading it soon.

Sorry; been out of internet range...
Book price is $200 (list price in Canada is $24.95 Cnd).
I will also be offering earlier book at a slight discount ($150 rather than its usual $180) and latest maps similarly discounted from regular $70 to $40.

Signing is from 16:00 to 18:00 in La Nueva Posada, Ajijic (in the bar area); with fruit drinks (aguas de ?? y ?? - hotel will decide) and fruit snacks on me.

Hope to see lots of you there!
Tony

Book now on sale at various places in Ajijic and Chapala.

We had a fun time on Saturday at La Nueva Posada and, mainly by a series of astonishing coincidences, I met up with several people I hadn't seen for years - in one case for more than 20 years! The book is now on sale at various places in Ajijic and Chapala, including La Nueva Posada, Opus Boutique, Diane Pearl Gallery and Libros and Revistas (in Plaza Bugambilias). It should also be available shortly (if it's not already) in the Lake Chapala Society. The LCS library already has a copy. Enjoy!!
P.S. At David McLaughlin's insistence, I should add that the book will also be available very shortly from http://www.mexconnect.com/sombrero/index.html
