Does anyone know of any dog boarding kennels in the Guadalajara area? I would also be interested in any positive or negative experiences or recommendations.

Never used them, but there are a least two dog hotels on
Lopez Mateo between the Perifedico and Gigante at Palomar.

When we don't have a housesitter to watch the dog, we usually leave her with one of the Ajijic vets.

I have used Doglandia, just outside of Ajijic and we were very pleased. Woody was on special food and meds and they managed just fine for the five days he was there.

i am i guadalajara and would drive gerta down to ajijic if i cannot find anything else nearby. how far is it? does anyone know their rates or contact information... gerta is a great dane so i know she'd probably be more expensive. i just really need to be sure that she is well taken care of while i am gone so that i do not worry about her. ideally, i would really like to find someone to come into my house and take care of her for the time i go back to texas next week. any ideas?
