Assisted living help

Have an 82 year old friend, who fell and severely fractured his leg today and is now in surgery at a GDL hospital. Got a call from Cruz Roja and had an MD that I know to oversee his transportation and be a part of the decisionmaking for his medical needs.

His apartment has two flights of stairs to access it. No way he is going to be able to do that for months, if ever.

I would like assisted living recommendations anywhere in lakeside, based upon PERSONAL EXPERIENCES as to quality of care. He can afford the best here.

Please provide contact info also, so that I can visit and make recommendations to him, as he will not be able to do much looking. I willl do it for him.

Un mil gracias, fug

Not my "personal" experience but people who have had a personal experience have told me they loved staying at the houses run by Alicia in Lower La Floresta when they were recovering from surgery. She has 3 or 4 houses. Here are some pictures of them.

As usual, appreciate your help. I will put Alicia on my list of places to check out. Thanks, fug
