long term rental

Can I get a descent 1 bedroom house/apt with elect and hot water for 12-1500 pesos in Coatepec/Xalapa or other outlying cities? We'll be there in the next week. Any help appreciated. Thanks

Do not think you will find anything that inexpensive. I would be figuring double that - a minimum - somewhere between 150 to 200 U.S.

Would that include any utilities, appliances or furnishings?

Studios for that price would include a bed, a chair, and a place to hang clothes. It would include electricity, water, and gas. Some would have a shared bathroom.
