Surf fishing in VC

Any surf fishing to be done in the city. Or off the piers? What about a license. How much and where obtained? Any tips?? Thanks!

I wouldn't eat any fish caught off the beaches of Veracruz. Try further up the coast. You don't need a license unless you fish out of a boat. On shore or wading is ok.

Thanks for the reply. Any fish taken would be released. Looking forward to a week in VC and a week in Baco del Rio this April.
