Yes, I have! There is a couple who has several young children and he works at the Jardin Botanico. There are also several of the Symphony Orchestra members raising children, as well as several other couples on sebatical leave here in Xalapa. Sorry I don't have their names right off hand, but I will try to keep an eye out for what you are looking for.
