Where is Instituto Nacional de Migration office for Guanajuato state?

Now that I am here in Guanajuato, Gto, I need to register my FM3 with INM. Where is the office serving Gunajuato? It seems I´ve read in this forum it is in San Miguel de Allende but cannot find the information now in the forum. I want to do this this week as I begin a month long Spanish language course next week. Is the office (assuming it is in San Miguel de Allende) near the main plaza? Can anyone tell me what the current requirements are? Thanks.
