seeking rental in Manzanillo

Friends --

I'm looking for a modest studio or 1BR, modestly furnished, in a safe, quiet Manzanillo neighborhood within walking distance of a decent beach from about Dec. 15 to Feb. 15 or thereabouts.

I'm a quiet, self-reliant guy in my sixties with a deep respect for other people's property. (I'm a landlord myself). I've traveled a lot in Mexico and speak Spanish well.
