rheumatologist?

As I understand it, there IS no rheumatologist in PV, a city of 250,000...go figure. I can get a referral to a doc in Tepic or Guad, neither one convenient for me at this time of year. Anyone have any other suggestions, maybe your doc is treating your arthritis even tho it's not his specialty? MY RA is flaring more and more frequently and I need help. Thanks....

Thanks, according to Pam rheumatologists are available in Tepic and Guadalajara, neither one convenient to me.

I just Googled "rheumotologists in Puerto Vallarta" and a few sites popped up. May be worth looking through them...
