Sayulita--for our members there

Hello,

Here is a new article on Sayulita for our members there or potential retirees:

http://www.nytimes.com/...8dpc&oref=slogin

I can remember that location from eight years back. I checked it out as a potential retirement site, but since I was not a surfer I passed it by as having a beach a bit too dangerous.

I was naive and not interested in investments.

Sayulita is best known as a surfing village but there is much more to it than that. I did buy land there 7 years ago and it was the best investment I ever made. Funny thing about that little village, this is the third major N.Y. Times article about it in recent years and there have been numerous major magazine articles as well. My wife and I and our friends love it there, but none of us quite understand why it has received so much attention from around the world. Frankly, we all wish the spotlight would disappear, as the infrastructure cannot support the current pace of development.
