Am I right that, although the PV airport is in Nayarit, airport grounds operate on 'Jalisco Time' such that departures and arrivals use the Central timezone?

The PV airport is in the state of Jalisco and is on central time. Part of Nayarit also is now on central time - from the Rio Ameca to Lo de Marcos. Beyond Lo de Marcos is still on mountain time!

The idea is that the whole Bay of Banderas is on the same time zone as Vallarta and the airport. No flight mix-ups
