Does anyone know of any private hospitals /clinics around Manzanillo or Colima ? I am trying to find an alternative to IMSS. Thanks.

Thanks Arbon for the info. We are debating whether or not to retire in PV where the hospitals etc are good, or go to Manzanillo which we prefer but does not appear to have as good a medical infrastructure. With our limited Spanish , having doctors that speak English is helpful.

A friend was happy with this one I believe. Colima has excellent medical care
