Know where to get a fresh turkey in GDL today?

I learned this morning that we're hosting Thanksgiving for some friends tonight, and I need to make a turkey. Yikes! I've only seen frozen ones in the stores around here. Has anyone seen a place that has unfrozen turkeys? I'm willing to drive to Chapala/Ajijic if needed.
