Guadalajara - Home Furnishings

We live in San Miguel, will be in Guadalajara in a couple
weeks, and want to shop for home furnishings including
wood pieces and upholstery fabrics. Looking for high end
stuff, not the low end pine stuff.

Would appreciate any recommendations on fabricators
and stores. Is there a decorator section or a furniture
section in Guadalajara (where)?

You'll find lovely high-end furniture (imported from the USA) at a store called Amparo Taylor, on Av. Mexico where it makes a "T" with Av. Terranova. There is another, similar, high-end furniture store on Av. Vallarta near the Arcos de Minerva, on the left-hand side of Vallarta. There are a few others; give me a couple of days to think of their names and locations. Bring big bucks.
