Getting a new-to-me car and want good full coverage style insurance - can anyone recommend a good reliable company with a local GDL agent or someone who would respond if in case I had an accident?

Renters insurance - still saving to buy my house but have gotten some nice stuff for the place I am renting and there is a lot of theft where I live - woujld like to get renters insurance to cover loss - any suggestions?

Thanks!

The typical deductible is 5% of the value of the vehicle.

Theft of contents is not worth the cost. To win a claim you must: have proof of forced entry, pictures of the lost items, and receipts. After two rejected theft claims we dropped the coverage.

I signed up for full coverage with Santander on the internet. It was about 420 pesos a month. Two months after signing up, I crashed my car. Insurance agent showed up within 30 minutes and gave me I paper authorizing me to take my car to the shop....I had to pay a 5% deductible (value of the car) and that came out to 2000 pesos. There was at least 15000 pesos in damage.....
